01. What is your pen name?
I don't really have one that I use alot though it would probably be ' P-Rice'. It's what I call my folders at school.

02. What made you choose this name?
My manager spelling my last name as pRICE and my coworker thinking it sounded cool. Which it does.

03. Do you use PC or Mac?
I'm more familiar with PCs cause I've been using them since I was a little kid. I get a little confused using macs when I don't have a right mouse button but that's mostly for Maya.

04. What programs do you use most often?
Maya, Premiere 6.5, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Flash

Depends on what I'm doing. For paintings, tablet. Vector-Mouse

06. What color or color combination do you find yourself using most often?
I don't think I have great color combination making skills. I'm always stuck when I try to color images cause I can't figure out what colors look good together or not.

07. What part of a picture do you put most effort into?
The body. But I need to get better at environments and stuff.

I have a bad problem with not finishing work.

yeah. I have a box under my couch full of old sketchbooks.

Music mostly. Sometimes I'll turn on the tv for noise.

Not many finished ones but I do alot of sketching.

I very rarely ever hand ink stuff. I like inking my stuff in Photoshop cause it looks neater and it's easier to fix.

I get kinda lazy when it comes to comics so I don't really try.

My roommate is a big comic book fan and that got me into them. I've got a pretty decent collection starting now.

Once. It never got printed.

I read more manga then I watch Anime. Favorite shows are Saikano, Tenchi, and Digimon.

I only had Cartoon Network as a kid so if it was ever on there during 1992-1996, i was a fan of it. Scooby Doo was my favorite. And Power Rangers, but just the movie. I've never seen the show.

24. Any artists that you wish you could draw like?
There are many but Stephen Silver would be one of them because his skill with caricatures blows my mind.

25. Do you read a lot of books?
I like to read but that comes in moods. I'll read a few books quickly when I'm in a reading mood but when I'm not in the mood, I'll get bored no matter what I pick up. I just started Soseki's "I am a Cat."

26. Did you ever buy a book to inspire or teach you to draw?
Yeah. I bought this book on appraising Costume Jewelry because the pictures were really good.

27. Any video games you enjoy?
There are many but my all time favorites are: Final Fantasy VI, Disgaea, Okami, and Odin Sphere.

Auron from FFX and Ammy from Okami

Haruki Murakami and Mercedes Lackey and Terry Goodkind.

30. Any books you really enjoy?
Sword of Truth series, Harry Potter, Redwall series. I really enjoyed Marley and Me but I like stories about doggies. After Dark by Haruki Murakami was insanely good and so was Good Omens.

There's alot I need to improve on but I like knowing I get better each day as long as I work hard.

Sometimes I'll watch the History channel cause they have some interesting shows, but I mostly watch Criminal Minds, Scrubs, and the IT Crowd on dvd.

Book shopping and Video Game shopping is alot of what I do.

mostly my desktop. I want a laptop someday though.

For the most part. I know how to use things without breaking them.

I played with being a mathematician since math was my other favorite class in high school. I wouldn't mind being a college teacher someday.

I play Cello and I love swimming.

Pretty much any Disney animated movie before they got kinda crappy, Most pixar films, and every Hayao Miyazaki film. If it's Animated, I'll most likely enjoy it. Tarzan is one of my favorites.

Not until 10th grade, the year I took biology and discovered I didn't want to become a Veterinarian anymore. That was also the year I took my first art class.

For poses and for clothing.

I'd try to have a normal conversation but I tend to get really shy.

There are a couple that attend my school but I don't know them personally.

Sometimes I'll be sketching somewhere, mostly on the bus and I'll get attention which makes people aware I'm drawing them.

Knowing that I'll never do the same work twice is kinda of exciting.

Google. What would we do with out Google?

I dunno, probably something I did as a kid.

Changes all the time.

Looser and i can feel the movement some times.

Yeah. It sucks.

My friends are pretty inspiring. It's nice talking with them about what we like and how we work.

Actually, my old roommate. I met her in Middle school and she was drawing and I thought it was cool.

81. Has anything ever made you want to quit art all together?
Sometimes I feel like nothing I do is good. Sometimes, it takes me longer to get things then others and I feel like I'll never be good enough.

What's that?

Naw. You gotta be highly popular to get that stuff.

Mostly web quality. I keep high rez stuff for myself.

Naw. I'm too lazy to learn that stuff.

88. Do you have good vision?
Oh god. My Right eye is 20/20 but my left eye is like...almost blind. I had Strabismus as a kid and my left retina wasn't attached properly. It took a couple surgerys before it atleast looked normal on the outside but I never got good vision in it. I'm really careful about anything that could fly into my eyes. Sometimes, I wonder if that will really effect my art later on.

Part time at Gamestop.

93. Did you take art in school? If so, did you do well? Are you still taking it?
Three years and got a A each time. To be fair, the class was pretty BS. we didn't have assignments, you just needed to be there and do something. Art related or not.

94. Have you taken art lessons outside of a school setting?
Not really.

95. Have you ever drawn something just because it was the cool thing to do -- the hip new fad?
Not really. I draw what I like to unless it was a commission piece.

96. What's your favorite phrase/quote?
One teacher I really admired said: "You have 10,000 bad drawings in you. You have to keep drawing to get them all out of you and erasing them puts it right back in." It just taught me to draw for the sake of drawing and not to stress about the final outcome as Art is a learning process.

97. Do you present yourself differently online than you do in your real life?
I try to be more professional online, especially as I'm getting closer to graduating.

98. What are your goals now?
I'm focusing on being the best character animator to graduate next march. I'd love to get a job doing just that either in films or games.

99. What do you have to say to yourself?
Don't worry about if your art will be popular or not. Work hard and that work will show.
